If you feel your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, please contact us at InsaneKydexCreations@gmail.com and provide an explanation of the issue. We may request photos or videos for further investigation. If it is determined your order is defective or has damage that is covered under our warranty we will repair or replace your item.
